Expressing Saturday’s Peace. 3.

The wonderful Saturday’s peace rises around “What can I do?” instead of “What do I have to do?”

I can spend extra time on the porch enjoying the day’s waking up. I do.

Express Saturday's Peace

Saturday’s Peace

I can allow the walk with Alex to go a little longer, a little slower, and start a little later. I do.

I can appreciate all the possibilities of the day.  I do.

I can savor taking time to select among them. I do.

The realization that pleases me most is that the peace is not from Saturday. The peace is from my realization of what Saturday means to me, for me. The peace is from my expectations of what Saturday offers. My expectations real-ize Saturday’s offers.

Good Friend GOD,
Let us know every day as Saturday.
We have the power of Peace
to know each day as worry-free
and give ourselves the extra time
to savor skies and smiles,
laughter, wind, and breakfast,
even easy-minded chores.
Saturday’s ease reminds
that Peace flows through us, each one and All.
Our hearts can ping our minds, reminding us
Your Peace is ours to know and share
with others: blessings, love,
greetings and smiles,
an open door, a helping hand.
Thank you, Sweet Spirit, that our minds appreciate
and guide our actions to express our Peace.
And so it is. Amen. Amen.

Enjoy Peace. Express Peace.
Tim
