Expressing Peace. 2.

The road to express peace

The Express Road to Peace

The drive from work to home gives me time to let thoughts, tensions, concerns of 9-5 drift away.

Actually, it’s time to breathe them away. Breathe in Peace. Breathe out day-stress.

Breathe in Peace. Breathe out mind-clutter.

The Peace is with me always. During the day at work I may allow work-stuff get in the way, take my mind’s attention, distract me from the gentle, continuous awareness that I AM Peace, filled with Peace, blessed with Peace.

As I leave the office, begin the parking-lot walk to my car, my mind relaxes. I am increasingly aware of the presence of Peace. And, oh, how willingly my mind follows my heart’s giving thanks.

I feel Peace flowing out of me, as if it breezes around the parking lot, touching other people making their way home.

Expressing Peace is automatic, natural. Peace is the ether in which we live, of which we’re made. All we need do is recognize it. Consciously. Then, as we breathe and walk and smile and blink and love, we express Peace.

Peaceful Spirit,
Thank you for work I have the skills and strength to do.
Thank you for rewards the work brings me: energy, accomplishment, prosperity.
Especial thanks for the Peace I know, the Peace I share
as I move away from work to home and  joys at day’s end.
The release of busy-ness, of tension, of workworld concerns.
The rise of enthusiasm.
The pleasure of relaxation.
Each inhale refuels my Peace, each exhale expels my work worries.
Peace flows to and fills my cells, expands my heart, eases my mind.
I know the flow is more than to me;
the flow is through me into the universe.
The Peace I AM is the Peace of One, the Peace we share, the Peace we are.
Thank you, GOD, for the blessing of Peace.
And so it is.
Amen.

Enjoy Peace. Express Peace.
