Expressing Peace. Peaceful Place. 32.
You have a peaceful place.
You many not have it immediately in your mind, but you have a special, peaceful place.
There is some simple spot, readily accessible that let’s you release tension. This place, so close at hand that you can go there in just a moment, invites you to perfect ease, complete calm, beautiful peacefulness. This is your ever-available peaceful place. The comfort is tangible. The welcome is palpable. The peace is real.
Likely the place has now come to your mind and you know it well. Perhaps, however, you are doubting, wondering what is your special, peaceful place.
Close your eyes. Know with your mind and your heart where you are physically right now: home, work, coffee place, library. Invite your mind to relax, to not think. Encourage your heart to take the lead. Listen to your heart tell you where, in the place you are now, you can truly experience peace.
Let your body hear your heart. That is Peace guiding you. Let your body go there: to that desk, that chair, that corner with the window. No matter where you are at the moment, wherever in that place your heart says you will feel peace, you will.
Let your body go there. Enjoy a few moments — as much time as you will — to be in that peaceful place.
Peaceful Presence,
Peace knows no single place
for you are Omnipresence
and you are Peace.
As I AM Peace from you
I can create my worldly peace.
You let me know that I can have
the special place
where my human being feels
the peace I want.
I hear my heart tell me where.
I let my mind guide me there.
I give my body time and place to know
the peace I do create.
And in that time and place
I know my thanks for Spirit
for Peace that is the All.
And so it is. Amen. Amen.
Enjoy Peace. Express Peace.

Expressing Peace. Journals. 31.
I don’t know the best way to put these three words together in a sentence:
Journal Opens Peace
Peace Opens Journal
Writing in my journal opens my mind to peace in my human existence. And it opens my heart to Peace that is Spirit.
The peace and Peace open my energy to putting words, thought, feelings, prayers…. in my journals.
For some writing is a chore, a challenge, even a threat. For some writing is a bore, dullsville, tedious. For some it is an effort, a struggle, unwelcome work.
William Wordsworth said, “Fill your paper with the breathings of your own heart.”
I am thankful that I’ve learned not to judge what I’m writing or the quality of my journal writing. That frees me to journal and let the journal open me to Peace and to peace. And that opens me to more journaling.
Consider a journal. Consider writing about peace and about prayer and about love and about all of the above. Consider writing about anything you want. Allow yourself to experience the peace and Peace.

Creator of All Language,
while words have only the meanings we give,
thank you for the power we let them have.
We use them to frame our thoughts,
to share our feelings,
to express opinions and to learn
those things from others.
Our prayers to you need not be words
yet the very words we speak
and write
to you bring us peace,
making clear all over again
that We Are Peace.
And so we thank you, GOD,
for tools with which to write,
to share, to save our Peace;
the tools with which to know
our earthly daily peace as well.
And so it is.
Amen. Amen.
Enjoy Peace. Journal Peace.

Expressing Peace. Reminders. 30.
Peace Reminders can help us from time to time.
Peace is always with us because we are created of Peace. Sometimes our human living lets us forget that Peace. A reminder helps.
Jesus the Christ was totally aligned with Spirit, indeed totally One with Spirit. So are you and so am I. The difference? Jesus was God-mind conscious of that Oneness. He was never forgetful. He never needed reminders.
I’m sure it was nice! My mind — and maybe yours — lets me go away from continuous awareness that I AM Peace.
- A long time friend doesn’t return calls. (Why? What’s wrong? What did I do?)
- A passing driver makes a gesture. (That’s wrong. I didn’t do anything!)
- There’s a task to be finished in a short time. (I can look bad because of this!)
The situation is just a situation. The emotional reaction is forgetting that Peace Is, that I AM Peace, that everyone and everything is also Peace.
In those instances, I’m thankful for reminders. Wish I didn’t need them. Glad I have them when I do.
Peace Loving Spirit,
your Presence and your Peace
created us
and created us of same Peace.
We allow ourselves the chance
to forget sometimes we are your Peace.
We allow ourselves the chance
to experience from time to time
what is not peaceful.
Simple reminders — a prayer, a special token, a memory trinket —
bring us back to certainty
that Peace Is.
Each of us can enjoy comfort remembering
I AM Peace.
Thank you, Spirit, that we are Peace
and that our reminders are Peace as well.
And so it is.
Amen. Amen.
Remember Peace. Express Peace.

Expressing Peace. 9/11. 29.
Enter a silent moment. Recall the tragedy of 9/11/2001. Allow the weight of that day and its events and all that have followed to fall off your shoulders. Breathe in. Feel Peace as you bless those 2977 brothers and sisters who transitioned on that day. Feel Peace for all (yes) involved.
Today is a day to remember with Peace.
Today is a day to reflect on changes that affect our view of world peace.
Today is a day to cause us to increase our affirmations, our faith, our concentration that Peace Is. That each and every one of us is Peace.
Today is a day to fill with peace and to know our Peace.
Peace Spirit,
we acknowledge and enjoy that Peace is.
The signs in our daily world that interrupt our vision
must not reduce our certainty of Peace.
Our memories of 9/11 and all it has evoked
accentuate the beauty of life, of here and now.
Our affirmations of Peace do not ignore
the pain and suffering, anger and hostility
that scar our human world.
Our Peace affirmations are stronger, longer, louder
to replace, to remove those scars.
We thank you, Spirit, for the blessing you give
that we may remember and appreciate,
that we may bless and honor,
and that we may look to now and tomorrow
and Peace that is and Peace that will be.
Always.
And so it is. Amen. Amen.
