I call for Energy. Spirit delivers.

Let the tired muscles rest. Give the busy mind its peaceful moments. Allow your heart to open up and know Energy freely flows to you from Spirit.

I call for Energy. Spirit delivers.

Be still and know each breath is for the body, for the mind, and filled with Energy of Spirit. Breathe in and hold. Feel the surge of Energy that calms you as it charges your very being.

I call for Energy. Spirit delivers.

As you accept moments that are weary, be mindful that Spirit Energy is always yours to call on.
