You may refresh your body by food, water, and rest. You may refresh your mind by relaxation, meditation, and contemplation. You may recharge your spirituality by prayer and mindfulness of connection with GOD.

What you do with your body, mind, and spirit are results of the energy you are. That energy is of your very being. It is in constant and continuous supply by GOD. Your body, mind, and spirit know that energy as of their very being, not as a battery externally recharge.

Speak this AFFIRMantra with the full knowledge and awareness that all your energy is from within you, within your Divine Nature. That you can move and think and be with Spirit is that energy.

Peace

Peace is more than a condition you experience. Peace is more than an experience you enjoy emotionally.

Your very being vibrates with the presence of peace. Your spirit knows peace first hand for it is from peace and it is of peace and it is with peace.

As you are a creation of peace, you have the power from your very being to create and to know peace. You can calm your body and bring it peace. You can slow your mind and let it rest with peace. You can connect with spirit and realize and accept the peace you are.

Love
I am every form of complete love.
This love-mantra allows you to affirm that you are love, love in all forms. This goes beyond experiencing love and feeling love and expressing love and sharing love.
I am every form of complete love.
Certainly, this includes all of the above ways of dealing with love. But so much more is the truth that you are actually love. You are love expressed. You are love shared. You are love experienced. Your are love felt.
I am every form of complete love.
As an expression of Divine Creation, you are Divine Creation. As Divine Creation is everything perfect, including love, you are love. As Divine Creation is everything that is, you are every form of that complete love.
I am every form of complete love.

Joy
Everyday I am born to joy.
The joy that fills you is ever-present. It is continuously refreshed, renewed. The joy is constant and constantly new. This is the joy from Spirit. Your joy fills you with a power that is pleasure and with a pleasure that gives you power.
Everyday I am born to joy.
The pleasure is the One-derfulness you have with Spirit. There is an infinite and eternal existence of good within you. It is more than a feeling. It is more than an emotion. It is within you that you may know joy.
Everyday I am born to joy.
The power from joy is that you may know it. By knowing it you have the power to reflect it — and to know its reflection — in endless ways. Consider people, scenes, situations, events, actions that you enjoy. Realize these express your joy. These are expressions of your joy.
Everyday I am born to joy.
Enjoy a few moments of quiet reflection. Select a single experience that you enjoy. It may be the instant of feeling your smile or the overwhelm of holding a loved one. Focus on the joy that brings your enjoyment to this instance.
