Affirmantra 26. Joy.
Joy sources my human happiness.
Suppose you answer each and every “How are you?” greeting with a sincere, “I am happy!” Suppose you allow your heart to know the flow from your spiritual joy to your human live experience. That flow is happiness.
Joy sources my human happiness.
Joy is one identifier of the True Spirit that you are, that is in you, that you express. Happiness is the everyday manifestations of that joy. Happiness is the emotion, the action, the expression of the joy. Happiness is expression in forms and ways that you and others can recognize as “good.”
Joy sources my human happiness.
As you say this affirmantra aloud, allow your mind t recall the many, many types of happiness you have experienced. Allow your mind to reflect on happiness that frequently surrounds you, uplifts you, excites you. Allow your attention to go to your heart. Recognize the almost indescribable power from which that happiness flows: your joy.

Affirmantra 25. Strength.
GOD gives me all the strength I want.
As joy, love, peace, and energy, strength also comes in any form you want. Strength is ability: to lift or move something heavy, to accomplish a difficult task, to achieve a challenging outcome, to resist a temptation, to satisfy a desire. And strength is a GOD-given ability.
GOD gives me all the strength I want.
As you doubt you have the strength to do this or that, you are likely right. As you believe you are individually strong enough to overcome a challenge, you improve your chances. When you recognize GOD gives you every strength, every ability you want to fulfill your desires, you realize–in other words you make real–the fulfillment.
GOD gives me all the strength I want.
Experience this affirmantra as receiving, rather than as expecting or requesting. You may wish to concentrate on a specific strength you desire. Then breathe slowly in and out and know yourself receiving that strength. You may see yourself applying the strength. You may hear your voice celebrating the strength. You may enjoy the fulfillment from your strength.

Affirmantra 24. Energy.
Energy from Spirit powers me.
Your body runs on energy from food and rest and fitness. Your mind runs on energy from your healthy body and from your mental clarity and sharpness. At the human level, you source and maintain these energies by eating well, sleeping soundly, exercising, and utilizing your mind and intelligence creatively.
Energy from Spirit powers me.
Your physical and your mental energies serve your spiritual energy, your desire for spirituality. Your quest to broaden and deepen your consciousness of Spirit engages your body and your mind. So this quest relies on the same energies as living your everyday life.
Energy from Spirit powers me.
However, your ultimate, absolute source of all those energies is Spirit. Spirit is the source and the force that makes you conscious of body, mind, and spirit. Spirit is the supply that charges your desire to move, to think, and to believe. Spirit is the ultimate energy. Spirit is the energy that manifests your human energies.

Affirmantra 23. Peace.
I see peace wherever I look.
Peace is all around, whether what you “see” appears peaceful or not. Those things we view which seem devoid of peace give us the chance to look more closely, to see beyond what is our human (limited) consciousness.
I see peace wherever I look.
You are a child of GOD. We are expressions of GOD’s peace (and love and joy and strength). As expressions all of us were given the freedom to create our identity, to see the world as we choose to see it. You can see it as made of peace within. You can see peace wherever you look, wherever you choose to recognize the peace that is the essence of all.
I see peace wherever I look.
Peace is a perfect example of the grace of GOD, a favor given to us and done for us. Peace is your power to realize the divine nature from which everything comes and the divine presence that is in everything.
Love and blessings,
