Energy drums the beat of spirit.
You have the energy to do anything and everything you want to do. You have the energy to power your awesome mind. You possess the energy to apply your body to whatever work, whatever action, whatever motion you desire. You have the energy to explore and expand your spiritual consciousness.
Energy drums the beat of spirit.
As Spirit is Energy, the pulse of your energy reflects the beat of spirit. You may feel your energy sourced to you as an internal combustion engine: sparks and explosions that drive pistons that turn wheels. You may know your energy as gravity powered ocean waves that deliver continual energy that fuels the ocean. You may recognize your energy as the unseen force that drives the universe: birthing stars and turning planets and shooting meteors.
Energy drums the beat of spirit.
In any case your energy is the pulse of Spirit that you are. Your energy beats as you spend it and as it is eternally replenished.
Take a moment to feel your pulse, whether at your wrist, in your neck, with your hand to your heart. Breathe deeply and sense the energy that flows through your entire being.

As you know Peace, you experience peace in your daily life. The peaceful experiences are soothing, without tension or stress. Everything flows smoothly and easily. You can almost hear a sweet, easy-listening melody.

You are created of Peace. You are Spirit’s expression of Peace. Peace is all good, all light, all love, all joy. Peace is your essence. You choose how you interpret and experience peace. You may hear songs of peace. You may see peaceful sunsets. You may feel the peace of a springtime breeze.

Every instance that occurs and that you label as “peace” comes to you from Peace. Whether you truly hear peaceful songs or see peaceful vistas or touch peaceful waters, your experience is the perfect Peace. It is given to you to interpret and to experience in your human existence.
As you repeat this affirmantra, feel your physical being relax. Allow the tension to flow as fluid from your feet, your legs…continuing up your being, to the top of your head. Tune in to the presence of Peace. Perhaps you hear the song.

Love Colors
Love colors all the beauty I see.
As Love opens your heart, it gifts your eyes with colors. These colors brighten and intensify and beautify what you look at. This colorizing of the people, places and things you see is of your choosing. Love provides the colors; you do the painting.

Spiritual love is unconditional. It sets no requirements that anyone or anything must meet in order to be loved. Spiritual love is unlimited. It does not love “only those who…” or “only that which…”. Spiritual love provides you with the beautiful colors of Unconditional and Unlimited.
Love colors all the beauty I see.
When you look upon a person or a scene or a situation and your vision is colored by love, all limits and conditions disappear. The colors of love have you see only the beauty of what is, because it is.
