I am Love
I am Love. All is well.
Love is a joyful, energizing, strengthening emotion. When you know love for someone or something, you know powerful feelings.
I am Love. All is well.
The various loves you and I know in our human be-ing motivates most of what we are, what we do, and what we say. Think how many actions love drives in you.
I am Love. All is well.
Greater than all those loves combined is Love. The spiritual Love from which you and I are made is Spirit. The three words, GOD is love, mean much more than “God loves you.” The Spirit that GOD is, is Love.
I am Love. All is well.
Your creation, my creation, every creation is GOD’s expression of Love. Literally. Truly. Each of us is loved by GOD. Even more than that, each of us is GOD’s Love.

Affirmantra 41. Joy.
I am Joy
I am Joy. All is well.
The presence and power that I am Joy exceeds everything that is in the daily world. The presence and that you are Joy exceeds everything that is in the daily world.
I am Joy. All is well.
Joy is the supreme excitement. Joy is the ultimate pleasure without equal. Joy is the elation not matched by any other emotion. Words like rapture, bliss, euphoria fall short of the meaning of spiritual Joy.
I am Joy. All is well.
Your Joy is sublime. However, what matters more is that you are that Joy. It is not what you possess or what you feel or what you experience. You are Joy. Joy is you. Your emotional status may change according to how you confront your everyday existence. The Joy of which you are made is unchanging. It neither rises nor falls. If fills you for it is you.
I am Joy. All is well.
Repeat this affirmantra from a place of believing the Joy that you are. That all truly is well because of that.

Affirmantra 40. Strength.
Strength from Spirit
I am all strength from Spirit.
Where does your strength come from?
Some would say “From the exercise I do.” or “From the healthy diet I eat.” Still others: “I am blessed with good genes.” A few might counter with the question, “What sort of strength do you mean?”
I am all strength from Spirit.
I believe all of our strength — physical, mental, emotional, spiritual — comes originally from the same Source. Spirit is that Source. Source creates us of Itself and that is perfect. How can that not give us strength?
I am all strength from Spirit.
Our spiritual essence, the divinity with which we are blessed, is our Strength. The Strength that powers us to realize what we are, what we do, what we have — and so to realize our existence, our reality.
I am all strength from Spirit.
Our muscular strength follows our mind instructing us to exercise, to lift weights, to run, to play tennis. Our mental strength follows our mind’s instruction to study, to learn, to create ideas. Those human actions are evidence of the power we receive from Spirit, the Strength of which we are.

Affirmantra 39. Energy.
Energy Always
Energy is mine whenever.
Our Unity Church of the Hills Prayer Chaplain Team meets tonight for the next leg in our training for the soon-to-start term. Anticipation for the simple (but exciting) 2 hours energizes me fully.
Energy is mine whenever.
How often do you look forward to an event or an occasion or simply a “time” and feel definite energy from that looking forward to? That energy comes from the joy of connection.
Consider that you are connected with Spirit. How’s that for an energizer? Consider that you are One with all other beings, for we all share creation from Spirit. That can be one awesome energizer.
Energy is mine whenever.
Here’s the point. It’s wonderful to be looking forward to connecting with others through some special something or some special sometime. It’s wonderful to feel the energy from anticipating. It’s also wonderful to know you can draw similar energy anytime you want. All you need do is go to your heart and recognize, realize your connection, our connection, our Oneness. Tons of energy!
