Joy in Every Breath
There is Joy in my every breath.
Breathe in the fullness, the perfection that is Spirit. Feel your breath fill your being, flow into your every cell. Know that it is not merely air you are inhaling; it is the complete Joy of Spirit. With each breath you inhale, know the Joy filling you.
There is Joy in my every breath.
You breathe out the distractions and tensions, the stresses and worries that the human mind constructs. These exhalations disappear into the universe where they dissolve into nothingness. All that is not directly an outflow of Joy has no place in your Being.
There is Joy in my every breath.
Breathe in, hold the thought of pure Joy in your mind. Breathe out slowly, steadily and speak the Affirmantra© aloud. You take Joy in. As you release your unnecessary distractions, you also share your Joy with the Universe.

Affirmantra 50. Strength.
Celebrate My Strength
I celebrate my Strength.
You are strong of muscle. You are strong of mind. You are strong of meaning. These strengths are different and one at the same time. You use and enjoy them to accomplish different things, in different ways.
I celebrate my Strength.
The strength you are deserves celebration. You have the power to move and use your body: from the simplest acts like blinking your eyes to complex acts like planting garden, cooking a meal, running a road race. The very fact that you can do, you can think, you can know and appreciate your faith is worthy of celebration.
I celebrate my Strength.
Celebration of your strength can be as loud and boisterous as you desire: sing, dance, stomp round the block, raise your hands and shout “Hallelujah!”. Celebration of your strength can be as quiet and contained as you wish: pray, affirm, breath mindfully, watch a warming sunrise.

Affirmantra 49. Energy.
I Celebrate My Energy
I celebrate my Energy.
The “body electric” is such a fantastic concept. You have the power to move, to do, to act. The design and the mechanics of the human body are amazing. Add to that the fact that we can manipulate and orchestrate movement from the blink of an eye to taking a step to lifting and pouring from a gallon jug of milk. Spirit provides us that Energy. We learn from our survival instincts we must fuel our energy that we may continue to move and use our body.
I celebrate my Energy.
The mind generates the commands for our bodily immediate movement. The marvel of a generator is it converts and multiplies energy it receives to greater, more functional energy. Your mind receives and interprets signals and messages and stimulations from the outer world. It converts those into “do this” and “do that” commands for your body. Energy in, energy out.
I celebrate my Energy.
The Source of all we are, all we do, and all we have is not outside ourselves. It is Spirit and Spirit is omnipresence. It is not that Spirit is present in every place; it is that Spirit is every place as it is every thing, every one. Spirit gives us the mental energy that drives our physical energy. Spirit–Energy–motor-vates all we are.

Affirmantra 48. Peace.
I Celebrate My Peace
I celebrate my Peace.
For myself, I enjoy peace in my physical surroundings. I know peace of mind and savor in my calm. I relish the spiritual peace I gain from my faith and my connection with Spirit.
I celebrate my Peace.
With others, I thrive in living harmoniously. The peace that I emit and that I receive rouses energy and enthusiasm. Peace comes alive in the connection among all beings. Peace flows seamlessly throughout our Universe.
I celebrate my Peace.
For the world, I am joyfully thankful for the reality of Peace. I am faithfully thankful for the power Peace has throughout the world. I celebrate the increase of peace, generated by Peace, in every corner of the world. I believe that every celebrating affirmation co-creates peace for the world.
