Affirmantra 28. Peace.

Peace fills every cell of my body.

Peace is the stillness from which you know Spirit. Peace is the gentle pulse that lullabies every cell of your body. Peace is the warmth that is within all of you.

Peace fills every cell of my body.

Sit quietly and let your consciousness go to your heart. Be still that you can feel your heartbeat. You may place one or both hands on your chest. Feel the steadiness, the strength, the certainty of your heart’s every beat. Know that each beat emits a flow of peace to every bit of your being.

Peace fills every cell of my body.

Gently repeat the affirmantra. Know the peace in the microscopic cells of your physical being. Feel the greatness of that peace though it is too small to be seen. Gently repeat the affirmantra. Know the peace is infinite in size; it knows not space for it is greater than space or time. The peace you are is endless, limitless.
