Affirmantra 27. Love.

Love flows around me and through me unceasingly.

Love is like a river. A wind. Sunshine. It has movement. Sometimes slow and steady; other times fast and rambunctious. Love is always moving. Even as it is constantly present within you, it is moving.

Love flows around me and through me unceasingly.

You enjoy the continuous flow of love coming into you, moving through you, flowing from you. You are blessed with the never-ending receipt of love from Spirit. Others are blessed with your never-ending expression of love. Love is the presence of Spirit, the very being of Spirit. That love lives and so it moves, constantly.

Love flows around me and through me unceasingly.

Breathe in slowly, deeply. Allow your breath to represent the love flowing into your being. Hold the breath gently for a moment and feel the love spreading throughout your body, mind, and spirit. Breathe out steadily, completely. Know that as you express and share the love, even more comes to you.
