Affirmantra 16. Joy.

Joy fills me to overflow.

Joy is more than an emotion. Joy is the source, the origin that precede how you feel, what you feel, even that you feel. Joy is the pure and perfect enthusiasm within you.

Joy fills me to overflow.

Joy is before the emotion. Your ability to feel happiness originates with your joy source. Your happiness and all those feelings flow from your joy.

Joy fills me to overflow.

Joy is ever present within you, as part of you, throughout all of you. Joy is unchanging; it does not ebb and flow. All that really may change are your awareness and appreciation of that joy.

Try this affirmantra as an exploration of the truth and the completeness of the joy you are.
