Affirmantra 21. Joy.

My joy has no limits.

Everything is made by Spirit and made from Spirit and made of Spirit. Joy is Spirit and exists in everything. And everyone.

My joy has no limits.

The joy you are is Spirit. It has no limits as Spirit has no limits. Joy is unbounded. Joy cannot be reduced or increased. Joy is without measure and cannot be measured.

My joy has no limits.

In your own specific ways you experience joy and express joy and realize joy of your being. Those products of joy seem to have limits, seem to be measurable: “I had 5 happy experiences yesterday.” Joy has no limits, no measure. Joy is ever present in an unlimited state to fuel what you experience.

As you breathe and say this affirmantra, allow your mind to release any need to measure joy, to identify its volume or its quantity. Listen to your GOD-mind assure you joy is.
