Affirmantra 19. Energy.

My energy is unceasing.

When you are alert, enthusiastic, robust and raring to go, you are fully cognizant of your energy. When you feel at an energy-low, heels dragging, mind cloudy, you are probably not focusing on the truth of your energy: that it is unceasing.

My energy is unceasing.

Allow your consciousness to believe Spirit is energy. I am of Spirit. I am of Energy. Rotate and revel in that consciousness.

My energy is unceasing.

Spirit is your source energy. Spirit is endless. Thus your energy is endless also. Realizing and accepting that all types of energy come from Source lets you know all energy is unceasing.

Feel your energy flow from your Spirit core into your mind, into your body. Recognize the continuous truth of your energy.
