AFFIRMantra: a positive declaration you believe, you speak aloud, and which vibrates to the core of your faith.

Spirit’s energy vibrates throughout my being.

You are alive with the energy of Spirit. That means more than energy that drives your physical being. As we each have energy that moves our bodies and energy that stimulates our minds, we have The Fundamental Energy that powers our very being. That is our spiritual energy.

Your being is all of you: spirit, mind, and body. The energy that is and fuels your spirit is the supreme energy that generates your mental energy. As your mind directs your body’s actions, your mental energy ignites your physical energy. In truth all energies originate with Spirit.

Spirit’s energy vibrates throughout my being.

Express this AFFIRMantra slowly and positively. Feel the energies that are within you. Recognize the physical energy. Notice the mental energy. Go to your heart and feel the spiritual energy.
