Energy Is
Energy hums smooth and strong through all of me.
Energy is the engine that motor-vates your body and your mind. Energy is the enthusiasm that stimulates your spirituality. That energy resonates in your being with the sweet sound of grace, the favor from Spirit that allows you to be, to do, and to have.
Energy hums smooth and strong through all of me.
Your consciousness of physical energy, of feeling alive and alert or perhaps run-down and tired, is from your creation. Your ego’s decision to be convinced that you are pepped up or pooped. The truth of energy that is Spirit — the truth of Spirit that is energy — is never failing, never absent, never in short supply. Energy, like joy and love, is always, all ways yours to know humming.

Try this affirmantra with attention to your body. Starting with your feet: state the affirmantra, feel the energy rising from your soles through your feet to your ankles. Allow your focus to rise through your legs, hips, torso, shoulders, neck, face, to the crown of your head. Allow your energy consciousness to rise with you.
